  Technical care of buildings

  60 to 80 buildings across Germany. Large clients, for example Redefine. Coordination of construction work.

  Founding of a building-materials shop.

  Three buildings in Stuttgart

  Kronen Carré, the Jahncenter in Degerloch and the Cityhaus in Feuerbach. Maintenance, repairs and capex, including lifts and KNX.

  Crack injection

  Crack injection of all walls in the underground car park, with epoxy resin.

• July 2020 – February 2024 · Floor Solution, Stuttgart and Feldkirch

  Underground garages and the Feldkirch site

  23 underground-garage refurbishments. Also a second site in Feldkirch, a drywall team of four, and the drywall of a three-storey hotel. An online shop for epoxy resins, together with MAPEI.

  App development

  ANY Converter, the Cloud Rabbit ticket system, and project-management software. I led the project management for that software.
